Experience: Hi, I just wanted to share the experience I had with Imperia. Of course choosing the right property for investment is a difficult task. I think, I was lucky enough to get it right with Imperia. Actually I needed an office in Noida or any area adjoining it. Location and space were my two major requirements. Imperia,s commercial project Onyx was also under my consideration. I compared all options and nothing seemed as feasible as Onyx to me. Honestly I was impressed with the steel and glass look of the building. Also it is very spacious and smartly designed. I am satisfied with the facilities they provide here be it parking, elevators, power supply or security.

Experience: For my Startup venture. I was searching for a small office space with all the amenities. As my operations were limited since I had no proper office (I was using my living room as office space). Mr . Rasit My friend who already had an office in Imperia Onyx recommend me for the same. The location and the size of office suit my purpose well. Really very happy to have finally found the right office space in my budget.

Experience: Early in 2014 I had booked a 3 BHK apartment at Imperia Esfera and I m very happy with the Returns I have got after 3 Year as we have to sift our location from Gurgaon to Agra . I have got Approx 35% Appreciation within 2.5 year of time duration even I have not paid the Full and final amount at the time of resale . This is my best investment decision I had ever taken. Recommendation for Imperia.
