Flexibility, comfort and a different experience of work comfort
The entry to the workstation is through the corridor which opens up into the workstations
Two comfortable workstations with computer desk and a worktop monitor shelf (if you use a PC) and a base shelf where you can put your CPU and printer. As for the chairs, consider ergonomic seating that will provide you with comfort and good support especially for those who work long hours.
Efficient storage space above the workstation for storage of materials
Maximum utilization of the shelves and storage space
Taller wardrobes and cabinets for storage during long hours of stay, as well as shelves for books and files
A personal cabin for director with a table and storage space alongwith adequate seating for the visitors
Provision of a sofa cum bed in the lounge area for sitting and relaxing during the day time as well as resting/sleeping during night hours as it gets converted into a bed.
Provision of a 21inches LCD TV for the user for the use of the space at night after working hours.
A pantry for the staff had been provided for the day use as well as night use as they would be staying at the place hence can cook at the same place without having to go out of the building block
Provision of a personal toilet space for the Nap to avoid going out at odd hours to use the public toilets
A collapsible/folding door between the workstations and lounge/bedroom area helps in maintaining the privacy of the two areas separately
The director owning the office can rest during the day with the door closed while the staff members will not get interrupted in their working hours.
After office hours, the collapsible/folding door can be opened and the space can be converted into a huge space of approximately 120 sqft of area
The glass panels between the director's cabin and the workstations throw sufficient light in the workstations during the day and helps in maintaining a visual contact between the director and the staff members
A 300 square feet of area with a huge balcony space giving adequate light and views inside the office
The balcony acts as a personal space for the office user
